How to you administer the Vitamin B 12
Vitamin B 12 is administered via injection is usually given into the Deltoid muscle at the top of the arm.
Will it hurt
Following the injection it may feel stingy for the next 30 minutes, your arm may feel achy for the next few hours.
We ask you not to shower for the next 5 hours following the injection as the injection site needs to stay dry.
How often will I need the injections.
You will need to have 1mg of Vitamin B12 (hydroxocobalamin ) injected every 2-3 months. And effects are noticeable in 2-3 days usually.
